2. You desire to have two valid U.S. Passports
This
is legally allowable by the United States government provided
you are Traveling to countries having known diplomatic conflict
with each other, or you travel frequently and do not have
time to get visas. You may travel abroad with one passport
while the other is having visas placed in it. Or you may
isolate and use the one passport to enter the country with
diplomatic conflict. The validity of a 2nd passport is normally
2 years, and may be extended 4 times - to the normal 10 years
total period.
