Choose this Service if:

  • You are in possession of a previously issued US passport and
  • Your are submitting this request within 15 years of the passport's date of issuance, and
  • You were at least 16 years of age when this passport in your possession was issued.
  • This passport being submitted is in good condition and not excessively worn nor damaged.
  • Note: your passport may not be Renewed if it was issued LESS THAN 1 year ago.  If so, Click Extension of Passport Validity

STEP 1: COLLECT AND FILL OUT DOCUMENTS

A. complete and sign ONLINE Passport Application (DS-82) Please note:  This link will take the user directly to the U.S. State Department's web site.  Occasionally their server is busy or down.  Please understand that our company has no control over the reliability of their site, and they require the form to be completed in that format.  If you are unable to access their site you may download the Manual form DS-82 from our forms section above.  Once the form is finished, please return to this point in the process and continue with step "B" below.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This link will take you off site to complete the form.  Complete form online, when you are finished, look near the bottom of the form, you will see a "Create" button, create the form, then "Print" the form.  Once printed close that window to return to our site.  Please print two copies.

B. Submit Two recent and identical passport type or size photographs

C. Download AND COMPLETE Letter of Authorization

D. submit evidence of your departure date

  • letter from employer

STEP 2: PREPARE PAYMENT

A. FIGURE YOUR FEES USING OUR FEE CALCULATOR

You will be making payments to the U.S. passport agency, a federally authorized witnessing facility and to our company. The fees for our services are for standing in line at a Federal Passport Agency for many hours. This is the most assured way to guarantee the fastest possible issuance of your United States Passport.

STEP 3: MAIL YOUR DOCUMENTS TO US
A. MAIL YOUR DOCUMENTS VIA FEDEX

1) Place the following documents in a FedEx Priority Letter:
  • Expired or expiring United States Passport.
  • Application form DS-82 completed and signed.
  • Letter of Authorization completed and signed.
  • Completed Order form
  • Payment to International Passport Visas, Inc. (see step 2)
2) Ship Overnight Services.

We recommend that you use FedEx as a safe means of overnight shipping. We will return your passport to you the same way.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You are sending this package to a FedEx facility for our service to receive the package to submit to the US Passport Agency by 10am. This ensures the fastest possible service; however, the FedEx facility will deny packages sent via other overnight services (UPS, Airborne, Express Mail, etc) - therefore it is imperative you send using FedEx.
