International Passport Visas, Inc.  has applied for permission to handle United States passports as outlined in the United States State Department National Hand-Carry Procedures for Passport Applications and Completed Passports, as dated March 28, 2007, and as such have met and complied with the standards and requirements set forth therein in that Policy.  The mission of the Department of State's Passport Services is to issue U.S. citizens secure travel documents while providing the highest level of customer service, professionalism, and integrity.  International Passport Visas, Inc. guarantees that our company, its owner and employees, have all been registered with the U.S. State Department, and as such are required to maintain certain levels of moral and social turpitude, free of any felonious or misdemeanor charges (past or present) by Local or Federal Law Enforcement agencies.  Privacy is not only a matter of policy to our company, but a matter of Law, and we take it seriously. 

We maintain extremely high privacy standards.  The information we collect is only used for the purpose of processing and expediting your passport or visa.  We do not sell any of your information to third parties, nor do we use your information for marketing purposes. We will only share the information with other agencies who are directly involved in processing your passport or visa for the express purpose of expediting your passport or visa.

We do not set any internet cookies at this time. All information collected from visitors to the site is anonymous statistical data used solely for the purpose of tracking the number of visitors to the site and patterns of traffic within the site.  Although we may add cookies to facilitate E-commerce in the near future, the data transferred will be used solely for processing the financial transactions and not to gather any other extraneous data.

With respect to security: At this time, we do not transfer secure information. Our order forms are printed out.  We may add the E-commerce capabilities in the near future, but we will assure the data is appropriately encrypted during these transactions and we will not store your financial information after the transaction has been completed.

Our site does link to other external sites.  We cannot be held responsible for the security or content of these outside sites because they are entirely separate websites managed by other agencies.  Please read their respective privacy policies to learn more about specific data management and privacy policies of these outside entities.

If we alter any of our policies in the future, we will update our privacy policy to reflect the changes.
